On February 8, 2010, my 5th grade son Zane was suspended from school and faced expulsion over a mistake. Though the School Board did a fantastic job at reviewing the facts surrounding the situation and allowed him to stay in school, we were "harassed" by the administrators and ultimately withdrew Zane from ASA. I have decided to continue with this blog, in the hopes that we may help other families when the application of this harsh and stringent policy "punishment" does not fit the "crime."
